Can be identified by one or all of the following items: Cheesy tattoos(example: any form of flash tribal or anything incorporating a panther) spandex shirts w/ designer jeans. Spikey teased hair, J-lo sunglasses(yes even on males)lots of body glitter(again even on males) usually holding glow sticks.
Mostly found in the Westchester county area of NY.
