In even rarer scenarios, people afflicted with this disease write depressing essays expressing their sorrows. Often these people do not utilize alcohol or any opiates which only increases the feeling of despair. Even worse is when said people drive a Mercedes and work out incessantly and realize that alas even money and muscle cannot make them desirable.
