Get the Barney Rubbledmug. Usually associated with the working classes, and most prominant in the Northern towns of England. 'Rubble rash' is sympomatic with having been 'intimate' with one of the local fellows on rough ground such as a building site or any vacant lot whilst declothed down below and being ridden ones soft skin develops a rash having been shifted around on the hardcore, aggregate or gravel.
