A combination of the words "retard" and "nation".
A nation or defined group of people that seem mentally retarded, stupid, or "special"; A cluster-fuck of stupid people.

Retardiation

A spontaneous and thus not very sagacious act of vengeance, i.e. prematurely executed and without consideration of the consequences.

Etymology: A neologism contrived by merging the phonetic similar words retarded and retaliation.

1) How Austrian authorities reacted to the Sarajevo assassination in 1914 may well be described as one of the biggest retardiations in the history of mankind.

2) "My teacher caught me writing urban dictionary entries during class and took my thesaurus away, so I hit him in the face."

Retardation

A permanent mental condition that gives you thesub-average IQ of others. No. ADHD is not Retardation. Nor is Autism. If you ask a psychologist, they will tell you Autism and Mental Retardation are two different things. A lot of people who use "Retardation" as an insult can't even define it themselves.

Define Retardation, if you can't define you can't use it as an insult.

Point of Mental Retardation

when smoking weed, the point at which one gets so high that he/she resembles somebody with some kind of mental retardation. Characteristics include flailing arms at nothing, yelling/screaming at nothing, profound uncontrollable laughter. there is no specified amount that one has to smoke in order to achieve this state of mind because everyone's tolerance is different. everybody expresses their point of mental retardation differently, but it's usually easy to tell when one has reached the point of mental retardation. in conversation, this phrase is typically abbreviated to 'PMR.'

Zach: *hits bong*
Joey: *hits bong*
Zach: WOOOOOOG!! BLA-GEE-GOO-GOO!!
Will: oh damn, is he at the point of mental retardation?
Joey: yupp
