Adjective: Pertaining to or having qualities of an era before google (1996 or earlier) often refering to a time before internet search engines.

Noun: A person with characteristics dating to before 1996 or internet search engines.

The idea that students must memorize Math equations, historical events or geography to operate in the world is a pregooglian concept. In our times we can simply look up answers as needed at the touch of a screen .
