Pops is a mix of tobacco and weed. A piece of cigarette is placed into a metal tube fairly small making sure your cigarette is snug. Weed is put on top of the tobacco and you have formed a pop when lit. Poppers are snapped through and no extra hits are left, they will give you a big head buzz as well.

Hey man, I was taking fat pops at that guys house yesterday. I snapped it all, man was I buzzing like a bee!
