A "phonecert" is where you are calling another individual and they are singing and/or playing an instrument with a variation of songs giving that "concert" feel. However it is via call/video call therefore giving its name "phonecert"

Pokecord++

Pokecord++ is a better version of the popular discord bot called Pokécord that shut down a while back. In computer programming language, ++ means adding 1 to something or 1 up, implying that Pokecord++ 1 ups Pokécord.
Both bots have absolutely nothing in common. Pokécord was a pokemon catching and collection bot while Pokecord++ is a complete battle accurate pokemon simulator. It works almost like Pokemon Showdown on discord.
