Get the pell grant mug.A place in Alabama. It is one of two county seats in St. Clair County and the gateway to Logan Martin Lake. Pell City is really not that bad of a place like people make it out to be. Simply said by my sister: St. Clair County's Auburn!
Me: "Why don't we go down to Pell City and hang out at Lake Logan Martin?"
My sister: "YOU ARE NOT GOiNG TO THAT PLACE!"
