Neenan... the worst Highschool basketball coach in history. Most of his starters quit because they hate him. His nephew is treated like hes going to be the next Michael Jordan, but hes going nowhere. Neenan is an asshole most people more than dislike him. Hes a terrible role model.

Strong, independent, sexy, attractive woman who knows what she wants and how to get it.

Used by men, 'Sexy bitch neena' is not a derogatory term. A man who uses it is admitting that he is sexually attracted but probably not good enough for her; that he would feel vulnerable in her presence because he won't be able to control her. So there may be a tinge of resentment, especially when used by a woman to describe another because she cannot compete.

A childish taunt or jeer pronounced with a nasal sneer, for lack of a more intelligent retort to someone else's jeer or taunt, usually from a peer. Sometimes sung to the tune of "Ring-Around-the-Rosy" for really driving the point home.

My definition is better than all the other stupid definitions listed here - neener neener.
