A customer who demands on getting your name even though you’ve already told them and you’re wearing a name tag because they want to bitch about shit that never happened or things that they imagined.

Mr. Gonzalez was a major name nabber. He’ll write that shit down and then bitch about you to a manager 3 weeks later for some made up bullshit.

Sheila knew the customer was a name nabber so she told him that her name was Sharon.

National Association of Fat Black Ladies Convention

Used to reffer to those who live above you in an appartment building. It is really used regardless of race. It stems from an occasion when a female above screamed 'I'm black and I'm proud' and proceeded to throw her copious ammounts of weight around on the tiles above. Shaking the ceiling as well as any fixtures attached to the ceiling. This commonly used term though can refer to any noisy neighbors above you.
