An act of getting the cotton from your boxers/underwear tangled in the hair in your nether-region or the inside of your leg. It is almost impossible to untangle and unbearably painful to rip out.

Origin: attributed to Vietnamese-Chinese diaspora residing in South Eastern Australia. It is a play on the slang word “cooked”, (an adjective describing an individual or group of people who are heavily intoxicated under the influence of drugs or alcohol), “bro”, (a term used denoting a male associate), and the “kookaburra” a iconic Australian and New Guinean bird.
