Male underwear often sported by non-lipstick-lesbians.

Knickerbockers is an old-school name for panties/underwear worn by the fairer sex. Butch vagitarians sometimes prefer male clothing and will wear men's boxer shorts in place of panties. Hence, 'knickerboxers'.
