In a Kareem moment, an individual manages to kill any hype or excitement a person or group of people feel by looking at a perfectly enjoyable moment/idea in an incredibly negative way and then announcing these negative views.

Someone who manipulates and uses others for their own gain. Kareems often use cat's paw to do their dirty work for them. Kareems stay close to their closest friends and are extremely protective of their clan. Kareems often over analyze things and constantly overreact. Don't piss off a Kareem.
