Juniorosis 

A state one reaches when they experience junior grimes’ knowledge and will and allow it to manifest intro their mind and body, then that person has transcended a mindset and existence that not only frees of them of any past obstacles but gives them a more liberated outlook on life and removes unwanted morality from their path, hence giving them power over their destiny.....

Can have other meanings too depending on how mr grimes (j grimes) prefers to interpret it as he’s the ONE in charge ALWAYS
