Ishtar

Ishtar was the consort of Marduk and a Sun Goddess. Her following diminished in Babylon during a patriarchal shift in society. The book of Esther in the Bible is believed by some to be in deference to the steadfastness of Ishtar's followers, in that a resurgence of the Goddess cult rendered the nation of Babylon more peaceful and non-combatant, resulting in the release of Israel.

I had heard, but have not verified, that the Book of Esther is the only book of the Bible in which the name of God is not spoken. If this assertion is correct, the assumption that the ancient Hebrew scholars took Ishtar as their own and Esther resulted is more sanguent.

Ishkabibel

A word used in chatrooms to break an awkward silence or disrupt a serious argument. It's usage in the latter situation is generally followed by insistentsics to shut up (STFU) or to get out (GTFO), thus achieving the usual goal of using the word by shifting the ire of the room to a singular point rather then allowing to spread.

Person 1 to Person 2: "...and then, you Nazi Commie Hippy bastard, I'll-"

Person 3: "Ishkabibel"

Persons 1 & 2 "STFU"

ishkabibble

Ishkabibble was the name of a character on the 1930's radio show "Kay Kyser's Kollege of Musical Knowledge". Prior to that it was used as a slang word meaning "No worries," or "Who cares?"

"I have no money, but oh well, ishkabibble."

ishka

The act or state of being cool beyond comprehension. People that are considered ishkas are thought to be the most privileged on the planet as well as being all powerful. Many people believe that ishkas are only part human.

"Oh my God Milly. Have you seen Betty lately? She has gotten so totally ishka. She seriously like gives me an asthma attack when she goes by because she is so breathe taking. I would DIE to be her."

Ishwaren is a very kind person, everybody wants to be his friend. He's the most friendly guy you can meet and has always a smile on his face. He’s also very popular and it’s easy for him to make friends even on the first day of school. Ishwaren is very handsome on the outside and un the inside but he will stay humble no matter what. If you have Ishwaren in your life, make sure to keep him because you will never meet someone like him.

Ishwarya

Ishwarya must mean independent, beautiful and knows-her-worth. She is the type of person who goes to any length for the people she loves. She is someone who has the world as her oyster. Passion drives her from the moment she wakes up every single day. She usually has high ambitions and dreams that other people can't understand about. She gives strength and motivation to others in need.

When you struggle to find your voice, she will fight for you. When she is with you, you will never feel alone. She lives her life like it is her last day on Earth. You are safe if you meet her kind and compassionate side. If you even think to do her wrong, she avoids you and walks away as if you are a ghost.

She hurts deeply but does not express it to everyone. If you know an Ishwarya, know that you have met a person who does not hold on to grudges. She either loves you or she wishes you to heal and move on. A kind-hearted friend, a nature-loving spirit and a free-willed mind- make up this person's personality.

If you see a person on the roadside on a hilltop, watching, admiring and soaking the sunset, then don't hesitate to stop and say "Hi!"- She is Ishwarya and she will definitely smile back at you, as long as you don't smile creepily first.

Peter: Do you know that girl? She feels like a dream.
Sara: Of Course, she is Ishwarya. The sky is her limit.
