A person of Chinese background sporting the fashions of uber FOBness (see FOB), usually has too much money than they know wut to do with and are typically seen driving (if you want to call it that) a BMW or Mercedes. For those driving Civics, they are more of a disgrace to Hongers (see ricers). Some male hongers are also prone to be effeminate.

If you live in BC, than you know its pretty much the entire population of Richmond.

A person of Hong Kong descent, usually fluent in Cantonese and recognized with a loud, obnoxious, annoying voice, yapping away in Cantonese whenever and wherever. Doesn't know how to speak English properly, and ends every sentence with a la, ah, ar, etc.

Their fobbiness is proven by their English/Cantonese method of typing. "Ngor yiu au si" etc.

Dressed in hideous attire, and equipped with the latest inventions in technology. Ballin' car, brought by rich ass parents, who are usually away for business for long periods of time in Hong Kong or other parts of China. Some honger males harsh resemble honger females and vice versa.

Occasionally, you will bump into a "cool" honger, but the majority of them are the total opposite.

You will find hongers at honger arcades playing DDR, honger malls drinking bubble tea, etc.

Usually racist, hongers tend to stay away from non-Chinese people.

A person from Hong Kong generally who owns a souped-up Honda Civic with spoilers manafactured from BOEING and girlfriends who weigh less then 70 pounds who seems to enhale helium everyday while pretending to be interested in playing DDR, CS, etc. Generally ends sentences in "LAH", "AR", and "WAH!".

A Honger is typically a person from Hong Kong of approximately 50-100 lbs in weight who wears odd color clothing such as bright blue, pink or orange. A Honger will also feel the need to buy a new 500$ cell phone every month and to drive a POS car (usually a civic or other lower model import) with thousands of dollars of useless modifications i.e. a huge spoiler which literally does nothing to add to the performance of the automobile. A Honger will also tend to end sentences with words such as "lah" or "ah" making coherent dialogue difficult if not altogether impossible. Finally, the typical honger will feel that the combination of the attributes listed above makes them cool and hence will act in a rude, cocky and altogether obnoxious manner.

The guy that took three hours to park his puke color Honda Civic turned out to be a honger.

Honger 

Term for a Hong Kong immigrant who does not conform or assimilate to his or her new surroundings. They are prevalent in such coastal cities such as Vancouver and San Francisco. Although not necessarily a derogatory term, it can be used in a contemptuous fashion because Hongers generally refuse to integrate themselves into their new surroundings. They usually speak predominantly in Cantonese (not Mandarin, as that's the language of mainland China), and they can be easily identified by their fashions: "wacky" and/or dyed hair, black-rimmed glasses, metro fashion, and luxury European cars or Rice Rockets (inexpensive Hondas customized to top performance). Hongers also hang out in large groups of other Hongers.

Hongers do not necessarily have to immigrants from Hong Kong. They can sometimes just be Canadian-born or American-born Chinese who do not fit into any other segment of youth society. However, these are not true Hongers, just misfits and/or losers (if you can't speak Chinese, know nothing of Chinese culture, and were born in North America, you are NOT Chinese or Hong Kongese just because you're socially repulsive to the Whites, Blacks, Latinos, and other Asians in your community).

Aaron: I don't mean to be racist, but damn, they're annoying sometimes.
