A type song that is neither a hard-core rap song, nor just a pop song but contains elements from both. Usually used by an no-name artist trying to get their name out by having a big-name artist feature in a song. It could also be used by a big-name artist who is trying to get their protoge or a new artist on their label into the mainstream.

Steve: Yeah I like how he's rapping but that girl from Paramore is singing too.
