View of current student (class of 2012)
History:
Mount Hebron is a high school in eastern HoCo Maryland. Yes, it is in one of the richest counties in America, but sadly, the school system neglects the MTH community. Being built in 1965 as a middle school (it became a high school in 1969 when Patapsco Middle was built), MTH has gone through renovation after renovation over its long lifetime. Currently, a 3-4 year renovation will start by spring break which will rebuild the western side of the school.
Administrative Staff:
Principle Scott Ruehl
Vice Principle Napoleon Saunders
Vice Principle Jennifer Clements
Vice Principle John Cheek
Athletic Highs-and-Lows:
When you walk into the Gymnasium, you are greeted with banners of previous athletic achievements, probably the most recurring sport is girls lax (really, they're that good). Football, that's another story. our football team sucks... miserably.
Traditions:
COLOUR DAY... wow, on friday of spirit week before homecoming this OLD tradition occurs. Every student wears colours that promote their specific grade. The colours are as follows:
Senior: Black (Primary MTH colour)
Juniors: Gold (Secondary MTH colour)
Sophomores: Blue (CHS secondary colour)
Freshmen: Red (CHS primary colour)
Rival:
Centennial High School (fags)
mascot- Eagle
My View:
I love MTH. I don't care if the school is getting torn apart during my high school years, the rats (which i have yet to see), locked bathrooms, or parts of the school are coloured with rivals colours. I'm in marching band, were going to georgia within a few weeks (were that cool). Despite the hardships that this school, and students, go through we manage to work together and get shit done.
I bleed black and gold (and red for the rest of this year)

Get the Mount Hebron High School mug.A portmanteau of "herb" and "urban", can be pronounced with emphasis on the 'h' or more similarly like "urban".
Describes something characterized by a harmonious blending of the natural with the synthetic. For example, a person who lives happily in a city but still feels "in touch with nature" and doesn't fall apart when the internet crashes or it's time to go hiking. Could also be one who lives far away from other humans, perhaps deep in the country, but nevertheless has all the modern amenities and is comfortable with technology and modern innovation.
Dissimilar to the hippy who denounces all things man-made, and nothing like the yuppie and his ilk, who wouldn't last five minutes without a cell phone.

He's an herban trekker, you can tell by the solar-powered GPS made of recycled materials he carries but hasn't used for the last three days of this hike.

Get the herbanyo mug.Heran is tall, smart, caring guy, who had the purest heart. If you ever need someone to listen to you, Hearn would be the guy. He is incredibly caring, and will go above and beyond to make life easier for you. He is also super smart, but compassionate so, he will likely be someone big in a career where he can help people. On top of all that he is so, good looking. With nice hair and beard.

Get the Heran mug.A high school NOT in Lewisville but Carrollton, Texas. Its mascot is the high flying, fighting Hawk. Known for its 4A Volleyball and 4A Division II Football State titles in 2004 and 2006 respectively, as well as back to back National titles by the school's drill team, Silver Wings, in 2006 and 2007. Hebron is home to some damn fine ladies as well.
