The act of fooling around and or clowning.

To goff is to act a fool
An underground and underrated slang coming from the old English word Goff

*Also interchangeable with the less superior term goofing

NOT to be miss understood with golf,goof, goth or josh

A goff will scoff at a goofy goth playing golf…

Geofficient

A term to describe a process that is in no way efficient, lacks any sense of logic and is always less efficient and more convoluted than the original (or standard) solution. This is usually thought through design of a "Geoff".

Guy_A: I made that change to the button, now when a user clicks on it there's 15 Yes/No popups before the file is saved.
Guy_B: Didn't it just used to save? That seems rather convoluted.
Guy_A: eh, it is but that's more Geofficient.
