It is the fifth Spanish club with most titles in national competitions (14) and third most international titles behind Real Madrid and Barcelona. Studies conducted in 2005 and 2007 pointed to Valencia as one of the 20 richest clubs on the planet. The club is the third in Spain in number of members (65,000) and pep rallies, the famous peñas (700). A survey conducted in May 2007 by the Centro de Investigaciones Sociology (CIS) has appointed Valencia as the third most popular club in Spain (5.3%), behind only such giants Real Madrid and Barcelona. It's the world's best team and its fans are known as Los Ches.
