Similar to debauchery and tom-foolery but is typically more heinous in nature. Extremely high spirited trouble-makers and antagonists are usual culprits for committing acts of fudgery.

John Doe was charged with a misdemeanor last Saturday. In a defiant act of fudgery he streaked through city hall while drinking singapore slings and mcgangbangs only to be apprehended in a very spirited struggle after passing out behind a dumpster.
