Extreme version of jet lag. A condition, which is a consequence of alterations to circadian rhythms. The jet fragged person does not only suffer sleep disorders but ends up being completely without any orientation in space and time.

A: Man, you look like crap!
B: Hmm? Just been around ... world two times ... days ... ?!
A: You got a serious jet frag! Better see a doctor.
