Foogy/Foogyness: To be silly but in a special way, while you target your friend by saying foogy things they can be mean or disrespectful, but their overall just jokes!

Jessica: “OMG TRISHA!!!! YOUR PUSS LITERALLY STANKS LIKE FISH!!! I CAN SMELL IT FROM ALL THE WAY OVER THERE!!!!”

Trish: “Jessica, quit being foogy, it’s hurting my feelings, you know I’m insecure about the stench of my coot!”
