Flutcher

Someone who just isn't in a hurry to get anything done.
They will do a lot of other things rather than focus on what has to happen. Usually a happy person!

My daughter is a flutcher. It takes her 45 minutes to get dressed in the morning and another 25 to get into the car. She likes to flutch.

Flutton Your Button

The idea of "Flick Your Bic", but for lighters with buttons instead. These lighters are not as satisfactory as bic lighters, therefore the expression sounds ugly, disgusting, and suggestive.

Note; Bic does in fact make lighters as such, but you get the idea.

Why don't you just take your lighter and flutton your button.
