The small particles of dirt left on pieces of clothes which only Rose Spires, the Cheer laundress, can see and clean in combination with Cheer. In her words, dingies are:

"Dingy is the opposite of clean, love. It's dull, grayish, faded, grimy, grubby, mucky, and just dreadfully dirty"

1: OMG!!! There's dingies in your clothes! (Rips the shirt off of the person, washes it with cheer with fancy animation showing the dingies get destroyed)

adj. A meshing or fusion of both the words dingle berry and dork. Used to mainly describe someone who completely fits both word descriptions. In a literal sense, a very smelly person who looks like a whales penis.
