The dirty gusset of one's underwear. May be soiled from sweat, urine, feces or other secretions. Generally is accompanied by a pungent, odiferous cheese like smell.

Frank grabbed a pair of his girlfriend's worn panties. He was hoping to inhale the perfume of her fragrant petals but instead ingested the rancid smell of her Cheese Cloth.
