an asswipe who thinks they are the king of the world. Generally a bottom dweller in all meanings of the sense. Likes to kissass, lickass, etc. Commonly found hanging around the throne of those "higher up". Annoying and hard to get rid of. However, best pest control is hard work.

The intern for the famous conductor is such a Clintoris.
