A situation which becomes a feedback loop, always returning to the point at which it started.

Person #1: "So, whadd'ya wanna do?"

Person #2: "I dunno, whadda YOU wanna do?"

Person #1: "I dunno..."

*pause*

Person #2: "So... whadda'ya wanna do?"
and so on... this is a very simplistic example.

1. Dean was circular bitching to everyone about me sleeping with his girlfriend!

2. (guy #1) Dude you shouldnt've slept with his girlfriend, man.
(guy #2) Why is that asshole circular bitching!

Euphemism for "garbage" (or possibly "recycling"). Usually used to refer to the location where your résumé winds up when they don't want to hire you.

Human-resources guy 1: Ugh, another pile of applications from undereducated high-schoolers with no job experience.
Human-resources guy 2: Don't worry about it, just file them in the circular bin.
