Chop Suey

When someone is speaking a foreign language you don't understand. Very often asian in origin. Also someone who tries to sound important by using a lotta big words but makes no sense to your uneducated ears.

#1: Mayne, I cant watch dem foreign movies on Netflix cuz they always speakin dat damn Chop Suey dat I dont understand!
