Bureaucromancy

A practice of divination based on the outcome of the random and indeterminate bureaucratic process.

Applying for any number of different programs, jobs, or schools, knowing that where you are accepted or offered a position will determine the course of your life from that point onwards, thereby allowing the fates to decide your, um, fate.
"I am torn between moving out of town or staying here. After the ancient rites of bureaucromancy have been performed, I shall be informed of my destiny, most likely by a form letter."

Burak

A wonderful and precious person that is very talented and full with trust. Usually a name for male. He has such a precious, shiny and glowing smile. He has an incredible personality too. He also have the most innocent but precious eyes in the whole universe that if you look at them they take all your pain away. Their hugs are the most safe and warm hugs you will ever try. They are just indescribable in many but countless ways.

Burak is such a generous person.

burando

"Burando" is the Japanese reading of the word "brand," as in brand name products. Most often used to refer to brand name fashion items.

Within the english-speaking Japanese fashion community, this spelling is generally used to be playful (or in some cases, mocking.) Otherwise it is simply referred to as "brand."

Becky loves lolita fashion, but she makes it all herself since she can't afford burando.

Jill had to sell all her burando for rent money.

The useless scraps of red tape, spurious documentation, signatures, human signatories, telephone messages, Post-It(TM) notes, faxes, LOIs, MOUs and other detritus that are necessary in order to navigate a needlessly bureaucratic organization.
