Any city where Latinos or people of the brown race make up the majority of the city's population.

Los Angeles, San Antonio, El Paso, Tucson, American border towns that border Mexico are considered as browntowns, due to the Hispanic population making up the majority of the population. It's even the same with Miami due to the heavy Cuban population. Take for example chocolate city, such as Atlanta, Detroit, D.C., Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Houston, Los Angeles, Oakland, Gary and the Mississippi Delta.

Brownsowned (adv) - Describes a style of being owned or owning, characterized by the person or entity doing the owning have a skill set lower than the person being owned, or owning in a way that shouldn't happen. Bronsowning usually occurs during a game, when a player employs an unconvential tactic or method typically used by a noob, and despite all odds, manages to somehow come out on top or at least inflict a level of damage inproportional to what should have happened.

Jonathon and Rob are playing Unreal Tournament. Rob is a much better player than Jon, but Jonathon somehow manages to kill Rob by doing something completely idiotic.

A social event that is completely chaotic and disorganized, where all the surprises are bad, typical of many South Asian cultural and social events.

Nobody knew where the bride or groom were, and none of their friends or family were there to help. This Deshi wedding was completely browntown.

I helped set up my friend's food stall at the Bangladeshi event, but the organizers invited a catering company that was giving their food away for free! Totally browntown.

I wish I knew that the browntown organizers would keep everyone sitting in their seat for four hours until Habib (the singer) showed up. Then I would have known the $70 tickets were a scam!
