A vacation where you spent all of your money within the first few days and hardly any money left to support you for the rest. Only thing you can do is to relax in hotel, beach,etc and do nothing until holiday is over.

Or you only brought enough money for flight, food and hotel. Not enough for fun, shopping and other travels.

A flakey ass person who always uses a broken watch for their reason for being late. They always keep a cheap digital watch with a broken display on their wrist, which they will point to if asked why they are late.

That guy is a brokewatch. Don't bother asking why he's late, he will start crying about how he fell down the stairs on his way to work and how lucky he was that he didn't break his neck.
