Usually he has smelly feet and doesn't do anything during his worktime. This person usually says that has a lot of things to do during the day and never pays any attention to his students. His cooperatives usually think that he is a pain in the ass.

The student administrator told me that he will give me the certificate in two days. That was 4 week ago.

National Socialism Administrators or in modern terms, abusive and corrupt officials seeking to terrorize the populace. Key examples of these administrators are found on the internet particularly roaming from Reddit, 4Chan and other major forums, They attempt to flawlessly execute their power and expect no repercussion, using powers such as banning, failed DDoS attempts, Empty Threats and Community hate, they attempt to catalyse all their power into following their eternal leader to death by being a cock-sucker to the real owners of websites. Good Examples of Nazi Administrators can be found in GTAMC forums, particularly iHayden and his style of new Nazi-crusading. Examples of exertion of power is the wrongful banning of innocent players, crude comments, harsh punishments, and continuous public hate.

Wikipedia Administrator

A Wikipedia Administrator is registered user at the online encyclopedia that has a number of "privileges" that allow them to do certain things regular users cannot. Wikipedia Admin are nominated and elected by other editors. They do not moderate the site, as is seen on message boards, as the site itself is maintained by the consensus of all involved or contributing to the discussion of a given subject. They have the ability to remove comments permanently, ban users and do a number of task associated with the encyclopedia when needed.

The Wikipedia Administrator was asked to scrub a comment on the talk that was uncivil and and went against the spirit of Wikipedia.
