sy-zzurp

codeine syrup mixed with soda; is a slang term for a recreational drug popular in the hip hop community in the southern United States, originating in Houston, Texas. Its main ingredient is prescription-strength cough syrup containing codeine and promethazine. Cough syrup is typically mixed with ingredients such as Sprite soft drink or Mountain Dew and pieces of Jolly Rancher candy. The purplish hue of sy-zzurp comes from dyes in the cough syrup.

There are numerous slang terms for sy-zzurp, including sizzurp lean, syrup, drank, purple jelly, and Texas tea.

Zhumps

Zhumps: (Zh-umps.) A disease during basketball season when one teammate starts to get sick, he/she has the Zhumps. Symptoms are; runny nose, cough, insomnia, common cold, sore throat, boogers and body odor. Zhumps can be spread to another player. (Note, Zhumps is a joke to say.)

1. "Oh man, I think I'm coming down with the Zhumps!"

2. "Dude you just gave me the Zhumps."

Zurp

Zurp should only be used in exclamatory situations. Zurp! is used to call someone out for a variety of reasons: they have done something stupid, their outfit is lame, their face bothers you, etc.. Yell Zurp! and they'll know that they're blowing it. Make sure to place emphasis on the uuuurrrppp.

I zurped the shit outta that dude in the purple pants!
