The term defines a clean cut cracker from the south whom always rides with his city. He represents the Braves, Falcons, Hawks and University of Georgia. No matter the odds against them, he'll be rooting for his home team no matter what. The place he lives on the south-side of Atlanta usually is most likely unincorporated so he's always under the radar. Women love him but he's married and faithful to his high school girlfriend without exception.

If you drive through some parts of unincorporated Henry County, GA too fast Jason Wm. will shoot at your car with a bow and arrow because down there they don't mess around.
