Anarcho-tyranny is when a Managerial State abuses "objective" procedures to enable a criminal underclass to tyrannize society while strictly punishing productive citizens. The managers rule through fear and uncertainty while shielding the organs of the State from direct blame.

The government's push for more and more surveillance online – things like banning encryption standards, banning mobile applications due to them providing high privacy standards, banning Virtual Private Networks (or severely restricting their usage), and various similar things.
The UK government is committing more and more digital tyranny as we speak: it is not reasonable to ban end-to-end encryption.

The opposite of slavery wherein one party (individual or group) is 100% responsible for performance or delivery of said social good or service, but has no say in how or to whom it is delivered (or even if it is owed at all).
Generally, it is usually because the tyrannizing party doesn't want to engage in dangerous or difficult jobs (in the case of actual slavery), or feels entitled to a pay out because society tells them they are owed (in the case of no-fault divorces). The advantage to this definition is that it has objective criteria (authority and responsibility) that can be measured and calculated, usually on a dollar-basis or time-investment-basis.
