Men who think they automatically are stronger and know more than women. They have no problem grabbing women without consent and are willing to get violent without serious cause.
Versus: Masculine men who are strong and tough. Have feelings that they’ll share when they feel like it. Understand that they don’t have to. Willing to protect but understand that violence is not the one and only answer.

That toxic male stuck his hand up my dress and then didn’t understand why he got his behind kicked by the normal guys who know he’s not cool, just a creep. Toxic masculinity at its finest. Seriously eye roll.

A term to describe aggression, particularly from a male. The female equivalent of the term, for aggression from a female, feminine toxicity, does not exist or has not been pushed in popular U.S. media as there is no push for such an openly sexist term as there has been for the term "toxic masculinity."

Men who overly describe themselves as “real men”.
They try to act tough, strong and admirable in any situation, even in those were these attributes aren’t appropriate.
While having more of a narcissistic personality, they often lack confidence and try to build up their ego by hating “weaker ones”.
Misogyny, homophobia and a narrow-mindset are common signs of toxic masculinity, such as the “Alpha-Male“ religion.
