salmon/ salmon roe -> used for affirmation
chopped katsuobushi -> used for negation
leaf mustard -> "are you okay?"
tuna -> probably to point something out
it's easy to understand this sushi boi once you get the hang of it, u should understand what he means by for eg saying "bonito flakes" in a situation
he has these serpent like marks at his mouth area and a mark on his tongue ( cursed speech ) he uses his uniform with a high collar to cover it up most of the time. his cursed speech power, in episode 8, he saves megumi by using his cursed speech, "don't move" which causes his rival to be unable to move, there's more of this power he can use eg "get crushed" which allows the rival to be crushed, you can find more about his power on fandom :)
