The act of doing something cheap, or something that is degrading to people that are higher on the social and economic scale according to the poverty level.

Dylan: Did you see that tom rusted his hood?

Poored

To promise to do something and ignore any and all requests to follow through.

I was going to get someone to cover my shift at work and now when I try to reach Stephen to finalize plans he ignores all my texts and calls. I guess I got poored.
