The semi-permanent ink smudges and marks that appear on the skin on the outer edge of a students hand due to long periods of writing in exams and/or studying for exams.

Steve: "Whoa, whats all that blue on your hand?"

Atari Stigmata (singular stigma) is a term used by members of the gaming faithful to describe the marks, sores, or sensations of pain in the hands from squeezing the life out of the non-ergonomic Atari game controller from the early 1980's.

I was playing Pac Man for hours, but I had to quit because of the excessive bleeding caused by my Atari Stigmata.
