Voters in the contentious 2020 Presidential election who secretly cast their ballots for former Vice President Joseph R. Biden so as to avoid potential conflict or alienation from their more vocal Trump-supporting friends and family members. The opposite effect occurred in 2016, when voters silently cast ballots for Donald J. Trump over Senator Hillary R. Clinton.
One thing that the daily polls may not account for is the number of Shyden voters who silently support Joe Biden.
While most of the residents at The Villages in Florida are part of the MAGA flock with their festooned golf carts and Trump-Pence flags, there are a number of Shyden voters who are reluctant to publicly endorse Joe Biden instead opting to support him in the voting booth.
