According to rumor, the OVA is thirty minutes long and features anywhere from three to nine high school girls trapped in a bathroom with no doors or windows, who eventually all commit suicide in a gruesome manner.
The anime was first spoken of in a 4chan post from 2015 and has since been covered by the likes of Whang on Youtube. A subreddit dedicated to researching and attempting to find the lost anime was made in 2019.
