a Sepora is a girl who is overly excited and extremely talkative. Often seen in middle school groups, Seporas tend to have a humiliating and loud laugh. She is usually slightly obsessive over certain individual males. A Sepora can also be used to describe a good friend.

Girl: Omg she wont shut up shes such a Sepora!

Boy: I wish she wasnt so Sepora over me.

Friend: Thanks for being such a Sepora!
