Similar to a rewipe, but done solely for the purpose of itching one's anus rather than wiping to produce smears on the papier.

Gulab had to rewitch so bad that he stood up during the meeting, jammed his TP down his pants and violently itched his bungus. There were minimal smears because he had already busted a rewipe before the meeting.
