A copious amount of dick cheese which sets and builds up to a plaque like substance over time. Often associated with a man who's member hasn't seen any action for a long time and has fallen into a state of disregard. Especially prominent with those possessing excessive foreskin.

Example 1. "Man, it's been so long my nob cheese has turned to dick plaque, I need to get my ultrasonic plaque remover onto this"

Example 2. "I ain't had no sex for 13 months, I've had no reason to clean my meat. It's been that long that I've got dick plaque."
