A term used for when something or someone pisses off a massive amount of people at once.

Person1: "Hey dude, wanna know what would be funny?"

Person2: "Sure"

Person1: "I think it would be hilarious if Xbox Live and the Playstation Network went down for like a week or two. Especially with all the online multiplayer games there are on them?"

Person2: " Haha Dude that would create mass pissteria"
