A portmanteau of the words nublet and musketeer. A nubleteer is a nublet that wears the title proudly and/or has no desire to graduate from nubdom.

Nubleteers can typically be seen engaging in their favorite nublet-related activities with other nublets.

A guy that isn’t control of his emotions and often is annoying to others with his over the top feelings.... Can also be used behind “pp” as in a “pp niblar” which is a guy that isn’t in control of his emotions due to the fact that he is constantly thinking about women and his pp is doing all the thinking.
