A shortened, informal abbreviation of the spanish "No se" pronounced: noh-seh. The word NOC is mostly utilized in delicate situations, a context where part A wishes to convey a meaningful, often heartfelt, message to part B. Its usage can be observed at the beginning of the sentance, which often preceeds a revelation, expression, and/or an all out declaration of intent (example below).
