To be unaccountable and with no real meaning behind your words. To say one thing but do another. To be so consumed by your own selfish needs you neglect the needs of everyone else. To mean the exact opposite of what you say. It's a hidden language to conceal real actions from the police. Usually used by people who are fentanyl purchases because of the consequences of getting caught with the drug the population has adopted the Moslander way of communication to deter the cops .

Hey Aimee are you coming by to smoke some fentanyl with me ? Aimee : No I'm gonna just stay home today I might come over tomorrow. Me : ohh is that the Moslander meaning or the direct meaning ?
