Merengue

Merengue is a type of fast syncopated music and dance from the Dominican Republic. It is popular all over Latin America. a merkin that is made out of something unusual instead of the normal synthetic hair......in honor of Lady Gaga. Feathers or a Colorful Clown wig cut down to size would be acceptable...
